Shawnee Health’s Summer Externship Program

Interested in a career in healthcare?

Shawnee Health is now accepting applications for their summer externship program! This program lasts four weeks and helps you gain experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center. You’ll gain hands on experience in various aspects of healthcare through job shadowing and educational sessions. Throughout the program you will meet experienced staff and learn about areas such as:

• Nursing
• Dentistry
• Administrative Services
• Information Technology
• Community Outreach

Upon completion of the externship program, participants can expect to receive a stipend.
