“I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2022. I completed my Master of Social Work Degree from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale in 2020. During my graduate program, I was a member of the Trauma Based Behavioral Health Fellowship with SIU School of Medicine. I have 5 years of experience in the mental health field. Most of my experience comes from crisis intervention, outpatient individual and group counseling within rural communities with adult, adolescents and teens. I work with individuals 12 years of age and up who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood & adjustment disorders. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ population, including but not limited to, assisting with proper documentation and advocacy for hormone replacement therapy. I am a person-centered counselor who most commonly uses CBT, DBT and MI modalities, depending on an individual’s need.”
